You clear filming with the event and choose your guests. We handle kit, set, sound, lighting and the run of the day.
The production fee — £3,000 for one day or £5,000 for two — is paid pre-event, once the contract is signed.

72 hours after the event we've run through all the footage and compiled it into one folder — every raw file, 250 edited photographs, and a call with Tom to plan the next steps.

Full handover — every raw file and all finished photographs. You edit it yourself, with no further cost.
Option B
We sort everything
We handle long form edits, reels, thumbnails and trailers. Priced separately, dependant on the amount of deliverables you choose. Each section includes one round of revisions.

Not included in production: travel costs. We would need entry to the event and travel covered. Most events let you shoot for free — it is good publicity for them as well.
